Launch site will be Charles Ryder Park in Kingston, NY.

Take 9W north to Kingston, after going over the bridge at Roundout Creek, as you go up hill take exit Route 32 north towards East Kingston. At about 3 miles you will see a sign for East Kingston, just down road on right you will see Ulster Landing Road just before Nick Barretti's Marine. Take this right. About 1 mile you will see chain link fence on right. Make right into Charles Rider park. Ramp is at end of road.
